Joining in with the traditions of the mid-Autumn festivities in Vietnam, on Sunday, 11 September 2016, Grant Hall, Founder of League Cultural Diplomacy visited the village of Nong Giang to deliver moon lanterns and snacks to two hundred children, most of whom live in challenging economic circumstances. Nong Giang is a small village in the highlands of Binh Thuan Province and is about 75 kilometres from the city of Phan Thiet, the regional hub of the province.

Grant was invited to attend the event by Vietnam Street, LCD’s partner organisation in Vietnam. The event was also supported by Binh Thuan Television (BTV) who sent along a crew to help deliver the gifts and filmed the day’s activities for later broadcast.
